PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
As a compliment to our development services, Western Devcon, Inc. has the ability to comprehensively manage properties throughout the United States.
Technical expertise, personnel, management overview, and infrastructure are in place to address and deliver best in class, value added, facilities management. The in-house property management team has over 45 years of combined experience and currently oversees in excess of 3,500,000 square feet of office, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space. By using a secure, scalable, integrated set of electronic modules known as The 360 Facility System, service requests, work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, and status reports can be accurately documented, processed, and available to authorized management twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week from the office, the site, or anywhere in the world.
The staff of Western Devcon is made available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so tenants can be certain to reach a staff member at anytime, day or night.
Within 24 hours of a service request, Western Devcon immediately sets in motion a resolution plan that starts by recording service requests and establishing communication with relevant tenants and service providers to accurately identify issues and agree on the appropriate course of action. This includes, but is not limed to property visits, review of service level contracts, professional consultations, bidding and procurement of necessary services, and scheduling as well as tracking project status. Diligent follow ups with providers and tenants throughout the process are documented and included in the building and tenant records. Tenants are notified of the status at all times via electronic notification and phone.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As successful managers of our own development projects, Western Devcon, Inc. has extended its construction management expertise to serve other clients. Our construction management team has completed over 2,500,000 square feet of buildings on schedule and within budget.
Through planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment we are capable of managing projects from inception to completion, thereby controlling cost, quality and schedules to ensure ideal delivery for the client. A measure of our success in construction management is exemplified in our repeat business.
